Delivery Policy

All courses at Ridwan Shah School are digital products. Nothing is shipped physically — no delivery cost, no address required.

How content is delivered

Course videos are sent to the email addressyou provide at checkout, on the delivery date stated on the course’s sales page.
If a course includes a live coaching session, a Zoom/calendar invite will be sent to the same email before the session date.

If the email doesn't arrive

Check your spam/junk folder first. If it’s still not there, contact ridwan@ridwanshah.comwith the name and email you used at checkout, and we’ll resend it.

Areas served

Because delivery is entirely digital, courses can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection — no geographic restrictions.
